I believe I would appeal my appraised property value. Looks like about 25% of his lot is now a cooling fish structure.

I almost posted this yesterday. My grandparents live on Whitney and I spent a lot of time there growing up. I can see this house from theirs with a pair of binoculars. I remember watching the live feed of the controlled burn demolition around this time last year. Pretty cool!

But, I just read they got 6" of rain this weekend. That may be the reason for the brown water.
