Fiesta was a hell of a lot cheaper but I was warned not to buy from there for some reason.

Ag_of_08 got family from Beaumont all the way to Slidell, LA, and he has never seen nobody done something like that. So crawfish made like that is crap.

That guy in the video is probably from El Paso with a fake coonass accent.

The fact they don't do them that way doesn't make them crappy, the fact they come out soggy and watery makes them crappy.

Well, I don't know much about that crawfish cook off in that video but 4th out of 60 would indicate that they were not crappy.

Stuffed cajun meat market gives you a discount if you buy at least 3 sacks, fyi. I also asked for a discount on sausage since I bought pretty large quantities of each. They gave me 15% off the sausage. Wound up getting 5 sacks and 10lbs sausage.

Nice! We won't have a need for that many for this one. I'm so glad i found this place as opposed to buying them at heb.
