Quality is about what you would expect. Clothes are rugged for sure. Their shirts run very... Wide. I'm not sure I would get another due to this and I have a large frame.
I was looking for tough work pants. Bought a pair if the fire hose ones. The reviews I found online said the sizing fit close to actual measurements. I measured, ordered, and they came in huge.
So... The pants seem and feel tough but I can't say for sure since they are too big for me to wear.
Bought me some free swinging flannels on black Friday and I really like the quality! I also got a fleece lined flannel jacket that is pretty good. Plus their commercials are hilarious
Highly recommend the buck naked boxers. Expensive but the best boxers I've ever worn. Like the free swinging flannels as well. Name says it all. You'll have free range of motion in the arms. Anything not labeled trim fit is gonna be very generously sized.
Give it a try. They have easy returns/exchanges. Never had an issue with them. They usually have frequent sales on items if you wanna wait to see if you can get in on a 30% off or something similar.
I have two pair of the firehose work pants and two flannel shirts. I'm a big guy, ordered the same size as my other clothes and they fit fine. Like the extra long tails on the shirts, and the pants are really well made and comfortable.
Got a bunch of stuff from them, like it all...you're not going to win any "best dressed" contests but they are more rugged and functional than anything else out there...the one thing to look out for, with their shirts, I normally where a XXL with any other shirt, with Duluth I wear an XL. Everything else including jeans, boxers, coats, jackets, ect all fit me the same as any other brand. Their flannel lined jeans are perfect for Texas winters
Have a pair of the firehose pants and buck naked boxer briefs. Both are awesome products. Really wish I didn't have to cut the boxers off while dove hunting this year when the previous nights queso sausage and beer went off in my guts like a frag grenade....
I wouldn't mind owning a pair or two of the fire hose pants for field work. What kind of difference is there based off of waist/length measurement versus your typical jeans brand? If anyone has answers, please include your 'normal' jeans brand.
It astonishes me how different brands fit even when trying the same size.
I like their plumber crack shirts. I am a bigger guy at 6'3 and they have the length that I need. I hate when you try xl-xxl and shirts just get wider.
I have those and they are wonderful. I wear them almost every evening and weekend for ranch work when I get home from my real job. The cargo part is a necessity for cell phone etc. The pockets are huge and with the tough fabric I can use them to carry fence staples etc.
I also have the Ballroom Coat (I think that is what it is called) in a black color. This coat is a great idea because it is as tough as most work coats but is dressy so it can be worn to functions also.
Those are the only two Duluth things I have and I probably will be trying out a lot more of their stuff in the future. Most of the bad reviews are about size.
Same, same...the boxer briefs are best I've ever owned and worth every penny. I also bought a pair of khakis from them and the quality is excellent; I'll have them for years to come. Oh, and I bought a leather belt from them too...I swear that thing gets softer and better each day I wear it and it's a daily wear item for over a year now. All their stuff is a little on the pricey but you get what you pay for.
I wear 32 waist in carhartt jeans and 34 in buckle brand. I measured and got 36. Ordered 36 and they fall off w/out a belt. I was at 200 then and I'm at 190 now, but they were still way bigger than they should have been.
I might order from them again though. I really like the idea of their clothes. Just plain tough. I also like clothes that fit well though. I'm afraid even in the correct size they may be cut too generous for me. I really am torn.
I keep telling my wife I want stuff from them because I love their ads. She keeps telling me if I get any of their clothes then I won't get laid! She thinks their stuff is not sexy.
Same as most of above. I wear the flex fire hose jeans to work in around the house and at the lease. Super comfy, extremely tough, great pockets. Ordered some t shirts but had to return because they were huge. Return policy was awesome and traded the shirts for more pants.
If swamp ass is an issue, the buck naked boxer briefs are awesome. My drawer is full of them at this point. In fact, the wife got me about 4 pair for Christmas and I couldn't have been happier. Their tshirts, made of the same material, are also awesome.
