Is it legal to ship tannerite? What's the easiest and cheapest method/carrier? Do I need to ship two different boxes, one with the pellets and one containing the catalyst?

I'll be shipping it to my parents house in Texas. I'm flying there in a few days and I know better than to put it in my checked bag.

You just can't ship to California or some other states. Binary explosives are illegal in DPRC.
.357 magnum is the only 9mm worth carrying.
