Ok, it's a river otter.

I've been walking around the edge of my pond all morning trying to get better pictures but it's crazy fast.
The real question is will it mess with my ducks? (Muscovies)

yep.
cool, but they are like a plague of locusts. They eat all the fish and move on to the next pond.

They prefer fish, but will go after grown ducks, certainly babies. They even go after turtles.

It's very curious. I've been out there since about 7:30 and its steadily popping up to look at me. It went over behind a tree and peeked around at me.

I've never seen one in the wild before.

I haven't seen it catch or eat anything but maybe it just swallows it quickly. It can stay under a long time and swims amazingly fast.

We've spent a small fortune on catfish and bass and feeding them. Do y'all think it'll move on? Or is it going to stay here until every fish is gone?

Both, it'll move on when you are out of fish, you need to find out about getting it caught/moved.
