I received Bitsy back from Glock about 2 weeks ago but wasn't able to take her to the range until today.

Bitsy was purchased the first week of the G42 shipping. When she came back from Glock, she had a new slide lock lever, a new recoil spring assembly and a new trigger pack. She also had two new magazines.

I ran through 150 rounds today, including a mix of:

Monarch 94 gr. round nose ball
Winchester 95 gr. flat nose "white box" ball
DRT 85 gr. JHPs
Speer Gold Dot JHPs
Hornady Critical Defense
Aguila Punta Hueca JHPs

100% function on all rounds.

I haven't had the issues with my G42 that some have had, but I sent it in because I had encountered some FTFs with the Winchester flat nose rounds and I didn't think it was reasonable that it wouldn't eat something that common.

Sure nuf, Glock fixed it. They had my gun for 5 days and paid FedEx shipping both ways, FWIW.

Apparently the changes they have made have been slipstreamed into the new production guns. Although I never had the issues that many people have had, it's reassuring to feel that the 42 is now apparently up to the "eat everything" standard to which I've grown accustomed with Glock.

Bitsy is now back in my carry rotation, along with Inga, Maria, Hans and Franz.

Saw a new one today in a pawn shop in Arlington. May go back for it tomorrow.

150 thru mine w/ no probs. I couldn't be more pleased. My other mouseguns have rudimentary sights, but the Glock's are legit and accurate.
