Got my new pair of caiman Luchesse's in earlier this week, and after a few days of wearing they still have a squeak. Anyone experienced this issue with cowboy boots and can I safely assume it will go away with time? Besides that, these are the most incredible pair of footwear I have ever had on my feet. I'm spoiled now.

Itll PROBABLY go away. Lots of tight leather in a new boot. Is it leather squeaking or your foot squeaking on the footbed?

Leather, in the left heel area.

Could be a tack that isn't set properly.

depends on moisture in your foot and the leather in the heel. I have a pair that I've had for 3 years that have seen quite a bit of wear and work.

Every time my feet sweat, they squeak.

I'll give it a while and see if it doesn't go away, then take to a boot repair shop if need be.

Or Call Lucchesse. They won't jack you around. Those are made in USA...or El Paso I think...anyway...Id be shocked if they didn't help you out if needed.
