I Have a 16 gauge shotgun and around BCS the only places to get them are Champions and Burdett and Son(IM sure there is some other small gun shop that has them) Anyways they have boxes there for around $10. Is there anywhere online or around town that is cheaper?

Academy has a deal where you buy a box and get a case for free. You only get this deal if you find an inexperienced cashier though.

I always bought my 16 gauge shells at Academy. It's been a few years but I could get Federal or Remington 16 gauge game loads for ~$7/box.

Ugh...had this nearly happen two years ago. I bought 6 cases, and the broad at literally rang up 6 boxes of shells. At that point, I pointed out the error and spent the next 15 minutes while she fumbled around to figure out how to correct it. I wish to this day id never said a word. If it ever happens again, Ill just call them when I get home and let them figure it out from there.

I looked at getting the cheap Estate brand shotshells at Academy until I read the label- made in France. No thanks.

I bought 20 gauge Rios for my son at Academy yesterday, 1 oz. loads for $5.49 a box.

I found the best deal (by a wide margin) at Ables Ammo
