I use amazon.

+1 on Amazon and scheduled deliveries.

The tax makes it less of a deal, but having it shipped to my door for free once a month makes up for it.

We order Blue Buffalo lamb & rice (dog is allergic to chicken and gluten...) 180 lbs at a time. With prime, shipping is free. I can only imagine what shipping actually costs...

I started using SmartPak because they had the cheapest price for Wellness dog food. My GSD had IDD and absolutely had to have a grain free diet. When Wellness had back to back price increases, I swithced to SmartPak's house brand LiveSmart which is a "generic" Wellness. Absolutely no problems with it and it was almost half the price.
