I've heard that fox urine works, or possibly a live fox.

I love our cats...but they don't mess with my stuff.

Not sure why a BB/pellet gun wouldn't work. I used a slingshot the last time the feral cats from the neighborhood started bothering us. That added an element of challenge.

I think it's time for a serious response. I have the exact same problem. Tried garlic, the powder repellant, and the spray repellant. Even called the city, they were no help. I was about 30 minutes away from shooting them when I came across a couple tips online. First, lay chicken wire in your bed, cats hate the feeling of chicken wire under their feet (I didn't try this). Second, I found a motion activated ultrasonic repeller, link below, it was only $25 when I bought it. I haven't seen a cat since I put this in the back yard. Saved me the hassle of trying to get rid of dead cats, too.

Cayenne Pepper. My parents had hell keeping the neighbors cats from digging up my mom's flower beds. Sprinkle some cayenne pepper over the top, turn over soil, sprinkle more on top. When they go to dig and sniff they'll be outta there quick.

My plan worked perfectly. Live trap, cat food, done! Hauled them way the hell out in the country. You have to spin them around in the cage before you release them or they will find their way home.

Moth balls work as a passive solution...otherwise trapping or pellet gun.

If you trap them in a live trap, do not transport them in the cab or bed of your pick-up. Hook up your trailer, put the trap on the trailer, and tie it down. Remember, dumping animals is inhumane.

Drive to the nearest nice looking park. A park like a cat would think of as a nice place, with lots of birds to eat and landscaping to pee and poop in.



Then back the trailer completely down into the water on the boat ramp at the park.
