I recently put a big dent in the bumper on my '08 GMC Seirra, and I'm thinking about putting a Ranch Hand replacement on it rather than just getting it fixed. Anybody know how much the one below would cost me? I don't want to have to "contact Ranch Hand's nearest dealer" then deal with spam. Also, anybody know what this will do to my fuel mileage? Thanks in advance.

I put both front and rear replacement bumpers on my 2011 Tundra. Cost through the dealer was $1,800 for both with Line-X coating.

Put the Ranch Hand replacement bumper on the front at least - you'll never regret it! And it didn't squat a bit.

If you're going to buy, I highly recommend Hendry's in Channelview. They were $100 cheaper than anywhere else I priced. They will also ship anywhere. I think their website is Bumpersandbeds.com

I put a Fab Fours front end replacement on my GMC 2500. Cost about $1,050 at Hendry's in Channel view. They look better than Ranch Hand on a GMC, IMO.

If you are going with a full replacement on a half ton, go with the Ranch Hand Summit. Much lighter

I have a ranch hand replacement bumper on the rear of my '07 Tundra.

It was free.

You only have to let a lady (with insurance), on a cell phone, crash into you.

I had a Tough Country shipped to Kansas. Bad assedness abounds.

Not to derail, but I thought you guys might find this interesting. Ranch Hand just held a job fair last week here in Beeville. They're planning to hire at least 70 fabricators and some office workers immediately and either expand or replace their manufacuting facility here.

Sand blasting and powdercoating will still be done in Shiner. No word if that facility will expand as well, but unless its already under capacity, I'd imagine it might.

I was surprised to find out they offer full medical, vision, and dental, as well as 401k to all employees.

Im looking at frontier for my replacements.
The ranch hand rear bumper makes the modling of the body to obvious, if they fixed the rear bumper design to tuck with the side of the gmc body, they would be my top choice as my old trucks both had them.

Hmmm... on a similar note, anybody have any idea what it runs to have a brush guard Line-X'd?

I've hit 4 deer now and while it hasn't done any structural damage, it's chipped the paint and I'm starting to get a little rust on the brush guard. Need to do something with it. This seems like an option.

Regarding mileage, the standard is that for every 250# of weight you add to a vehicle, the mileage will decrease by around 1 mile per gallon. Aerodynamics aside.
