Anyone know where I can find parts locally in BCS for a 5500c3? To be more specific, I need 1 bearing and a c clip. Used parts would work.
I found them on line but I would rather deal locally if possible.

Get the schematic for your reel at abugarcia.com and call them with the part number. You may need the reel handy for some other info they'll need.

It's the C-clip that goes on the driveshaft correct?

And while we're on that C-clip, how far did it fly across the room and what did it land in?

Yep that's the c clip. I have no idea where it went or how far. I we trying to do a repair while at Livingston. As far as I know, that clip is in orbit.
