The bottles are labeled by batch and bottle number. I have several bottles of batch 1 bottle #9000 or so. I wonder how many bottles are in a batch???

Once again, the owners are Aggies (At least one of them is that I know of.) They are big supporters of A&M. They strongly supported the Fort Worth A&M Club Coaches Night this year. Give them your business whenever you can.

I enjoy the Rebecca Creek Whiskey, and the Enchanted Rock Vodka is great. You can tell the whiskey is a blend, but they did an excellent job with it.

Garrison Brothers Distillery makes actual Bourbon, but its almost impossible to find and costs an arm and a leg. I still bough a couple bottles, and the tour is definitely worth a drive to Hye.

Ranger Creek also makes a bourbon, but right now they are selling 375ml bottles of 7 month old whiskey for close to $40 a bottle. I like it, but I probably wont buy any more until they scale up production enough for the prices to come down.

The Spec's in South Austin on Brodie and 290/71 had some tonight for those traveling through.

Found 3 bottles at Specs in Sugar Land yesterday. Keeping 2 for myself and giving 1 to a customer. Tested it last night. I LIKE!

Picked up a bottle this afternoon. Not bad.

Mmm...third taste is when I started appreciating it. The first two are always a bit of a shock to me.

I knocked out bottles 714 and 717, and am about to crack open 3736.
