**Sold Pending Funds**

For sale is my Colt Lightweight Government Model (O1880XSE). The gun was purchased in January and has seen under 200 trouble free rounds through it, and has been a safe queen for most of the time I've had it. Got into S&W revolvers and the 1911 just hasn't seen the use I anticipated.

Great gun, comes wit Colt blue case, 2 Colt mags stamped with Colt rampant pony logo, blue safety lock, and instruction manual. I am asking $850, preferably face-to-face in College Station. I will ship out of state to FFL only, and buyer pays S&H. Thanks.

I'd love to take it off your hands, but I'm on a jihad against debt and just can't justify the cost, even for myself.

If you still have that thing in a few months, I will probably be a lot more willing to part with cash.

Nice Colt. You shouldn't have any problem selling that thing.

It needs a set if custom grips with Colt medallions installed.

Speaking of stiffies, when did Colts start coming with guide rods? I thought that was a privilege reserved for Kimbers.

The mid-tier XSEs have had them since the early 2000's I believe. The 1991 series and the $1500+ Special Combat Governments have the USGI style 2-piece setup.

It's much better than Springfield's 2-piece guide rod that requires a Allen wrench for takedown.

I have that exact same pistol...shot it yesterday. RECONSIDER!! It's my favorite gun. Get her out of the safe and make time to shoot it. You'll regret getting rid of that thing down the road...

wish i could afford it. Been dying to get a 1911.

This is my 5th 1911; I don't think I'll be missing this one haha.

Anyone can afford it; heck if you are in College Station, I'll even throw in a box of .45ACP
