Feel like an idiot, but don't know know how to turn off water main at house in Richardson.
In Dallas you have the water meter attached to the water main. You use a key to get to the underground meter/main and use a wrench to turn the valve.
Here in Richardson, I have an electric water meter that is underground, but I see no associated visible way to turn the water off near or with the water meter.
Serious manhood fail here, need some help. Google hasn't helped me yet.
(I'd ask a neighbor but it is late, and not an emergency).
