Anyone use Juniors Smokehouse in Wharton for deer processing?

How long do you want to ignore this user?
I'm thinking about trying them out this year. Looking for reviews and comments on Junior's.
I de-boned two deer last night and will be taking the meat for processing today or tomorrow for a combination of link, summer and pan sausage.

Any other good recommendations in Fort Bend / Wharton counties? I generally use Vincek's in East Bernard, but want to try out some others.

I had a buddy use both of those places last year. I'd go with east bernard.

I've used juniors for hog link sausage, deer steaks and link sausage, and duck and goose summer sausage. They are fast and have reasonable prices.

I have used Juniors for hog, deer and Nilgai and it was all excellent. The jalapeno cheese link sausage is the best I have ever eaten.

Been using Juniors for yrs. They make very good sausage.
