Look like completely different buildings, especially the dog run!

What are you planning to do to the inside of the dog run? Any pictures of that?

That is going to take a bit more planning, and a final decision on my end use.....

I am seriously considering setting up both places to be used for vacationers/ex-ags looking to 1) get away from hustle/bustle for a week/weekend, 2) have a place to stay and gather during sports and visitation events/weekends, and 3) use for guest houses for our visitors.

These houses are in quiet areas with nice vistas and/or secluded woods. I believe there is some commercial potential in making their use available to the right folks, and I enjoy meeting new people from different backgrounds.

Yuccadoo, my parents are old ags ('76) who currently live in town (pebble creek) but have wanted to get a little bit "out into the country" if they can find the right place. Would you mind if my mom shot you an email? She grew up with horses and land, and I'm sure this place would pique her interest quite a bit. There are other details about their background/who they are/etc, but I'd rather let her discuss them.

Yuccadoo, have your researched any of the history of the dog run house? Who built it? When? Where were they from? etc.

It would be interesting to hear about the history of that place.

Working on the inside, so things slow down a bit. Almost have the kitchen and bathrooms done, including the floor (which was a disaster). Plumbing should get started this week. Meanwhile, I am working on the 'other' house to get ready for renters in January.

I will shoot some pics soon to show where progress lies!
