Hello, there. Since you are all interested in the fine area of Doss, TX, I thought I would offer to you first the lease openings I currently have available.

Each lease is 2 acres. Maximum number of hunters at any given time is 12. Bow hunting is not allowed. Beer hunting is allowed.

Cost of lease is $2000 per acre unless it borders an adjacent property, in which case it is $3000 per acre. If the fence has been "compromised" on a border lease, the price is $4000 per acre. All border fences include wire cutters.

This is a cash only lease which is due before the season begins. No lease agreement will be issued.

In the event of any border disputes, proceed to rectify the situation as you will.

If the Doss Regulator becomes involved, there will be no acknowledgement of any lease agreement and you will be treated as as trespasser.

RJ2001, I would be happy to accomodate a group from TexAgs.

For TexAgs only, each 2 acre lease would come with 55 gallons of tea, and a known hunting schedule of adjacent landowners.

i'm in for 1 but kinda leery about all of us getting banned from the board since i got banned sat. nite for my little joke about Ted Kennedy. People on the board and the Doss regulator dude should lighten up a little, they will die young from being so up tight.

Guys, Fishing Fools shamed me into buying from him instead of the online place I was considering. He is selling me stickers at cost, but I have to buy 250, plus pay $20 shipping.

So the price remains the same, but I'm going to have about 200 extra DOSS stickers, LOL. I will place the order when I have enough cash in from yous guys to cover it. This doesn't change anybody's cost, but it gives an Ag some business.
