Rumor has it in San Leon, that Topwater is trying to open in the next 30-45 days. I will see what I can find out from Robert.

Fishing in a tourney this Saturday that is putting out at Topwater. I was down there about a month ago and saw they were making good progress on the construction.

FYI, there is a new place on Bayshore Drive, somewhere near Eagle Point, that opened up called "Judge's". It is owned by the Justice of the Peace - Judge Mark Foster. Great guy and I hear the opening went well with tons of geat reviews from locals.

That is very good news. Ill be back visiting the folks at Tiki in a couple of months, and it would be nice to hit up topwater.

I had heard that he was building back as he got the money, and that it was going to be quite a while before the restaraunt was back in business. This would be great. Thats a fun place.

Yeah, something about them not having enough insurance so they had to build as they could.

Saw him in Seabrook a couple weeks ago.....he said shooting for Thanksgiving.
