Bridge City, down ....well the road is called "ferry", it's always been called bailey's road though, because of the bait camp at the end.


Rigging two hoop nets with plenty of weights and a small float to keep the strings stood vertical.

It's always a good place to fish, but on the weekends is almost impossible because of the cast netters.

Great way to get a kid into the outdoors!

might load up Monday and go again with him if anyone in the area wants to come. The fish where biting well and there's a place to launch a kayak if y'all want someone to watch your truck.

My nephew used to love to mess with the crabs. No telling how many times he got pinched, but he kept going back for more. He ended up turning into quite the fisherman. Your cousin probably will too.

Just shelled and washed 33 of the little SOB's, all of them 6+ inches. One has to be the biggest one I've caught, well over 8in point to point. This was a damn big crab......

Way to go! Blue crabs are delicious and your cousin will remember this.
