They just opened some place off of Hwy 21 between Bryan and Madisonville called Soggy Bottom ATV.

Lake Somerville has an ATV trail/ park in Yegua Creek State Park.

They sort of let you offroad at welch creek park in sommerville, but I would say it is FAR from mudding. They just let you drive around on the dirt roads on the part near the dam. It used to have some interesting terrain to 4-wheel on, at least, and you could run along the lakeshore, too.

The spring Creek place is cool, but sometimes people there get this "cool" idea that they'll drive in the creek, and that is TOTALLY illegal to do.
