In mid December. Here are a couple pics of my Nilgai bull and my 177 B&C deer. Incredible trip and experience. That place is unbelievable.



My deer is only the cape and shoulder because we forgot our cameras that afternoon.

Fortunately, it cost me nothing. It was a company/reward type trip. One of those once in a lifetime things that I will never get to do again. I apologize if it came across as bragging, that wasn't even in my thoughts. I just wanted to share the cool trip on texags and thought you guys would enjoy!

FS- I hit him in the neck. He was about 100 yards running perpendicular from me. I led him a little too much and was high from wheeling around so quick. He dropped like a rock. Totally LUCKY.

deatsman-Did not meet anybody from the nilgai herd. We did have a few guides though for the 2 days I was there.

I do not like the way Nilgai look. Weird Giraffe horns. Still a good hunt. Big animals.

The guy who runs the herd is great guy.

His twin sons both graduated in '03 and are great guys.

They manage the herd from helicopters with AR's.

Aren't the numbers next to B&C considered B&C points, since B&C is a score, and scores are calculated in points?

The buck was 7 years. Nilgai is definitely a good hunt HDeathstar, as they are always moving. Their skull mounts look awesome.

I heard about them hearding with helicopters deats. Amazing place.

Wouldn't it be King Ranch instead of King's Ranch? Just something I saw, otherwise great kills.
