Need to find an easy-to-use cell phone for a senior who has vision and tactile issues and hates cell phones.

ChatGPT recommended the RAZ phone, which allows a caregiver to access it remotely and has a number of other features.

Wondered if anyone on here had any first-hand experience purchasing and using this for a parent or grandparent?

My mother has been using it for a few years and it is the best purchase we could have made. She has dementia and receiving texts(spam) and spam calls had gotten unbearable with her old IPhone. You have to totally give up texts, internet browsing etc., but it was perfect for us. Will only receive or send calls from contacts you, or whoever manages the phone, puts into the contact list. The end. No spam calls, no texts, just a phone with everyone's big face on it to push when you want to call them. 911 is still active and an easy push button for emergencies. Big fan.
