I'm not the developer, but I did back this on Kickstarter. Been looking for a version like this for my football watching room. Developer is very communicative and it's starting to ship in a few weeks (unlike a lot of other kickstarters that can have you waiting for months and months.

It's basically an LED ticker that scrolls sports scores and more across 1-5 panels. Open source.

What does it do that others like Glance and Fintic don't?

Well Tidbyt (another one) went out of business. I think Glance stopped supporting the software.

Check out the update today on the kickstarter. Open software, tons of integration. Can link up to 10 together for a longer scroll.

Definitely not for everyone, but seems kinda fun.
