Complete shot in the dark. I purchased meta gift cards from Costco and am trying to redeem them on the meta site.

The first 5 cards took, but it won't allow me to redeem anymore, keeps erroring out. I'm trying to contact support but it seems it's only an ai option for this and I am in a continual loop of generic things to try that don't work. Has anyone actually ever talked to someone live at meta for help? Has anyone ever experienced these issues too?
