I bought this tracker card off of Amazon for my Ridge wallet because I have a habit of misplacing it a couple times a year. It shows the the last location and let's me know it's "with me" but does not give proximity/range the way my AirPods and Air Tags can be found. I can choose the option to "play sound" but it doesn't seem to want to connect and I can't hear the beep. It says "Item not reachable. Move around to connect".

I've tried several iOS apps that do not seem to help much either. My wallet is in my house and I've turned it upside down looking for it to no avail.

Any advice on some sort of scanner that can be used to find it? The battery on the card is showing full so I'm not worried about that.

dongle to support latest spec BT.
The app will show you the rssi which should give you a clue as to signal strength and at least what room it might be in. Remember the RSSI is normally very negative so smaller numbers is more signal.

Turn on the app in the airplane and see hundreds of nodes traveling with you. In the old days you could tell really how effective the put your phones in airplane mode were.
