Another dumb ask that I did when I got back into building. Do you have all of the board power cables including the CPU power cable plugged in from the PSU? I didn't realize there was a 24 pin main and two 8-pin cables. I just did the 24 and thought that was all.
Had a similar but with the power switch from the case to the motherboard where I had put the cables on the wrong pins, just had them backwards. Worked fine after that.
