Does anyone have one of these? Opinions? Options to consider besides this?

I have no experience with them but I can tell you based on a quick glance at their specs/pricing, you'd be much better off building. I feel like NZXT adds to their pricing based solely on aesthetics because the parts in their prebuilts are nowhere near the total cost. If you are anywhere near a Micro Center I would start there with one of their AMD or Intel bundles.

ETA: I just built this for a friend but you can compare to the Player Two model from NZXT. More RAM, more storage and arguably better GPU.

Build it yourself. Much better bang for your buck going that route

They are not worth the cost. Large markups over msrp costs not even taking into account sales you can find for parts on newegg/amazon etc.

Take it from Tech Jesus and do NOT buy NZXT products or prebuilts, and definitely don't do their rent a PC program.

Also, check out Gamers Nexus "pre built" reviews on YouTube. He's a tough critic but will definitely make sure you're not buying crap.

Absolutely do not buy anything from those greedy scumbags. That video by GN is absolutely revolting. Just pure greed and anti-consumer practices. And this comes after their disaster with the case recall causing fires a couple years ago that they handled extremely poorly.

Yeah my current case is an NZXT and I had looked at some of their stuff for my next build. Well not anymore. Looking at Fractal, Phanteks or Hyte. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I'll never get why people don't just build their own. It's much easier than it sounds, you get quality parts for every component, and you can make it look however you want within your budget. It'll obviously be powerful for the money, too.

It's so plug and play now, with tons of good guides and work throughs. But it is still a very intimidating thing for anyone who is not good with Tech. My wife is a perfect example I could say here is a case, a power supply a board with a cpu and ram pre installed and all you have to do is screw things in, connect the cords put the paste and a cooler on and you're good. Here's a video and all the documentation and I'll be in the next room to answer questions and it would never, ever be done. Ask her to make some outlandish confection with 120 steps taking 9 hours... totally fine. But sometimes cables are a step too far.
