Acrobat is like the OG of PDF viewers, but every time I try to open a PDF it tries to sell me on a subscription or prevents me from doing something.

Wondering if any of y'all have a good recommendation. I don't mind spending a couple bucks if it's a good app.

If it's just for viewing, then Google Drive is a good suggestion. I agree. For converting to other formats, I personally use the EPS to PNG Converter https://pdfguru.com/eps-to-png since I often specifically need the PNG format. However, I mostly use it to edit PDFs because it has a pretty good set of features and is quite easy to use. Plus, it's available on many operating systems, including Android and iOS. It might work for you as well.
