Audacity should be able to do it. If not natively, i'm sure there's a plugin out there.

If it's a somewhat popular song you can usually find karoake versions with a quick Google search.

In general inverting the phase on one channel will leave the music and eliminate the vocals. Its not perfect but can be done fairly easily in audacity or audition

Meant to reply to OP. Agree with you though karafun is great option
