Validation Codes & physical throw away phones

How long do you want to ignore this user?
For reasons not nefarious and for privacy reasons I have a desire. I'm a curious person and an entrepreneur and I hate getting spammed. Inevitably I will use my real email and get hammered with junk and when I unsubscribe I just get more junk. The email comes from odd addresses like hypothetically qyr85sk74d74279@yahoo.com. When I block or report it I get another email in a day or so from another very random email.
Here's the deal:
1) I have run out of yahoo and gmail dummy accounts to use. I can't get anymore.
2) I haven't found a temporary throw away # that consistently can get validation codes. Text Free or whatever or some email accounts like say proton mail are not accepted with many companies to receive validation codes.
3. My wife has let me use her number but that often transfers the problem to her.
4. Services that claim to help you with validation codes I quite frankly don't seem to be able to understand and I suspect often they won't work with all places I want to try, like say getting a sock account for LSU related football boards so I can troll. Hey, I did it once where LSU prematurely dumped Gaterade on their football coach at Kyle Field.
5. Maybe physically buying a throw away phone (I've got free smart phones I don't use) and getting a prepaid calling card will get me the SIM card I guess I need.
6. Having my FBI friend help me out but I don't want to use him.

Trust me, I've researched this for HOURS and so I turn to the really smart guys on this board. My engineering degree from A&M is in mechanical and I haven't kept up with this type of technology.

Thank you in advance!

I've used this before with a lot of success
https://www.burnerapp.com/

It allows you to cycle through numbers pretty frequently

This is the most bot like behavior from an account I think is actually real?

I mean, it's talking to itself now.

Thank you. I've used "temp numbers when I place an ad or call to get business quotes. My main and only is RECEIVING VERIFICATION CODES. 1) Has this burner app worked for you? 2) You chose to just keep your regular phone and not buy a burner phone right?

Yeah it's like $5 a month. You get assigned a number and can receive texts and calls to that number. You can also mute the app so you only access it when you open the app. Or you can have them ring through to your phone like normal. If you want to change numbers, you just hit the burn button and they give you a new one.

Audio quality is not great on phone calls, but it does the job

I really don't think that avoiding spam messages on an email account that you actually use in the real world is realistic. Same with text/phone.

Until some governing body forces telecoms to stop spam callers, they're going to get your number somehow. I feel like signing up for yet another subscription service is letting them win more than if you just ignored them.
