Making this thread, just because....

Had a lot of good raids with some of you guys.

Don't know if anyone still plays...but Ill be picking this up at some point...if anything just to complete the 10 year ride.

I should go try and find all of the threads we have had over the years and link them here. 10 years....

I caved after barely playing this year and decided to give the expansion a try... I'm living proof that a fool and their money is something, something.

I'll see those of you limping across this finish line on Tuesday.

Ha! I didn't even know it releases Tuesday.

I may not be "day one", but I'll pick it up. Like the sucker I am.

I got out 3 years ago and I feel like I would be so lost to hop back in. Which is sad since I have been there since the Alpha. I think between 1 and 2 I put in over 2000 hours but it is hard to justify coming back.

I'm about the only one here that still plays fairly regularly. So of course I'm in for it. Really enjoyed what we got for the into the light update. Got good rolls on all the brave weapons and soloed whisper and outbreak missions to get the craftable versions of them.

Same. I've been grinding some into the light weapons to have something decent at launch. Also want the superblack shader. Just have one weapon quest left.

I'm not sure since I don't remember how the older seasonal content works when new expansion comes out. Destiny goes down for 24 hour maintenance at 11am today and won't be playable again until tomorrow when final shape drops.

I've been back since December I think, just like you all, I'm back to close out the 10 year story. It's been fun playing again after about 3-4 years away. Just in case you all need/want some help with anything my PSN is boomer1698.

You technically could but there is not enough time left. The most recent season questline was 60 something steps if I remember right. The last 4 seasons all go away when final shape launches

Really? LOL. Thats the only main story quests I haven't played.

Oh well. Glad to see content I paid for a year ago will no longer be available.

Yea it sucks but that's the way they've done it for a few years now. I think ever since shadowkeep. I think it's to keep the game size from getting out of control.

I know they dropped SOME content, but I didn't think they cut just the last year's content (ie, the story missions).

Seasonal story missions have always been cut once a new expansion comes out. This happened after shadowkeep, beyond light, witch queen, lightfall, and now final shape release.

I still play regularly - been there since the beta.

I have honestly never completed a raid - something I'd like to try at some point. The couple times I joined one, we didn't get very far and then everyone quit. I'm also not into getting yelled at because I don't know what the mechanics are, etc. - I'm too old for that.

If anyone wants to join up with a decent player for a chill time, my id is BIGJSC94.

I think the TexAgs raid days are behind us, but we had some awesome runs there for awhile.

The first mission alone in The Final Shape is better than all of the content in Lightfall combined.

Campaign was fantastic. So much so, I sat through getting currant errors for over an hour last night to finish it.

Going to jump in later this afternoon - glad to hear a positive review of the new missions - more excited now to get started!

Yea they knocked it out of the park with this one. The raid race was insane. Only 1 team cleared in the first 24 hours. The new destination is so good. I've been hooked again.

Anyone see the video this morning? They went in a but out talking about the episodes thus year and showed a graphic for Codename Frontiers in 2025.

misss playing destiny with you goobers, good times. Gave my Xbox one away to a buddy earlier this year.

I still play pretty frequently, but I've been on the road for the past two weeks.

Same. Met a lot of great people through Texags on Destiny/Battlefield/PUBG. Made my college years and 20s an enjoyable experience knowing most nights, even when I got off of work late, I would still have some buddies to sweat with or just shoot the **** with for hours.

I'd be happy to take you through a raid. I've got a great group of guys I play with.

The thread lives! I know a few people are still on but I'm in the "no interest in playing unless it's raids/dungeons/1st week of an episode" mode. With such a small number from the old gang playing it's hard to keep the interest up (especially with all of the issues Bungie has been having) but I wouldn't mind some low intensity end game runs.
