We have 4 TV's.
Dining Room - We have a two sided fireplace and an open dining space. We're going to put a Samsung Frame on that wall. The idea is that if you want to eat while watching TV, you'll do it there and not in the living room. It's not intended to have amazing sound.
Game Room - This is where we want to have our most robust sound. We'll probably put our current Sonus setup here: Sound bar, sub, two surrounds
Living Room - This is a two-story room and we want the sound to be good but it's not our main movie/sports watching place. Thinking we'll do a Sonos Arc and sub.
Patio - This is where things get tricky. We'll have a TV on the fireplace and we are pre-wired for two ceiling speakers. The wire terminates in a closet under the stairs in the house with our other tech stuff (Ethernet cords, etc.). How can I get the ceiling speakers to get audio from the TV? We can put a Sonos amp in the closet and get music, but I cannot figure out the best way to engage the audio from the TV. I'm afraid the distance is a problem. Should we find a way to terminate the speaker cord out on the patio and connect our amp out there?
We did not wire for surround in all the rooms. In some areas it just didn't make much sense. I know this isn't the ideal set up but if you have ideas about how to get the patio set up, I'd be so grateful.
