He's got a Dell Latitude 5550 laptop with Windows 10 Pro. I told him to run a crucial scan and order what they suggested, but he decided he'd order what he thought was the same thing from Amazon. The description says "Mac Compatible" but I'm not sure if that means it can be used in either a Mac or a Windows OS, or if it's strictly for a Mac OS.
