Starlink - Wifi boosting / extending?

Recently got my starlink kit in. Works pretty well- picked up 3 of the mesh extenders from Starlink as I knew I'd need something.

Mounted the dish & router in my barn as that had the clearest view. Signal / speeds are great in the barn. The problem is getting that same signal back to the house where I can use it.

I have daisy chained the mesh nodes between the barn, garage, and house, but don't really have a great place to spot them outside of placing them outside. Being water resistant (not proof), and expensive, not really fond of this approach. And, being inside, kills the signal to all of em.

What wifi extenders would be best to beam signal or increase signal strength where the connection between my house routers & the barn main router is not the slow point of the system?

Starlink's "router" and mesh system is really bad.

Netgear has some outdoor routers. I have one in an open barn that has been working ok for 2 years. Ubiquiti also has the U6 Mesh which is outdoors rated and a smaller package than the Netgear. I've had one on the eve of my house for a few months with no complaints but it's hardwired back to the router

Does it not let you run your own network behind it? Do you have to use all Starlink gear inside your network?

Starlink sells an adapter for use with your own router so it can be done.

The adapter is all you need then hook up anything you want behind it. My Linksys Velop mesh works great.

Same. I use my Orbi mesh system. Works well.

You just need the SL ethernet adapter and you can put their "router" into bypass mode. Alternatively, there are ways to completely remove the SL router on a Gen2 system with an external POE injector
