Need to get my SIL a set. I love my AirPods, but I have an iPhone. Anyone have any experience with how AirPods work with Android? Is there something better? TIA

The Samsung Buds Pro 2 are really good. I moved up from the regular version and like them a lot. It's not going to beat high end headphones or IEM but they have both ambient and active noise cancelation settings (and a neutral setting for more battery life) and do a pretty good job for the vast majority of non-Audiophiles. Would not recommend for non-Samsung phone though.

Samsung usually runs trade in options so you can get a pretty good discount if you time it right.

I've been using the Pixel Buds Pro for a few months and they're my go-to. They have great sound and ANC. The only knock would be they don't get as loud as I'd like at times.

Big fan of my Sony 1000XM4 buds. I recently had to replace the tips and I feel like these are even better now.

Do the pixel buds have a hardware mute for calls or conference software?

Been rocking these for over a year as well. Nothing but good to say.

One gripe: they don't have bluetooth multipoint. It would be nice to have them connected to my laptop and phone at the same time, but alas.

OK, two gripes: I wish both earbuds had the same controls like my old pixel buds.

Other than those two things, the battery life, range, comfort, sound, ANC, and tuning app are all exceptional.

I've been itching to upgrade my Bose QC earbuds to the newest version. They made it better in every way.

I got a set of Shockz Open Run Pro and find myself using them more than Air Pod Pro or Sony Mx.

I know they look like there would be problems but believe all the reviews-they can be comfortably worn with sunglasses, neck thing isn't a problem.

Main reason I got them was for bike riding, can hear ambient sounds as have nothing stuck in my ear, which adds to comfort.

BUT-since not in ear have no noise canceling if that is important to you.
