Howdy yall. So two years ago we signed up with AMP Smart security without doing our homework on them. That is our fault.
But they have been horrible and the system hasn't worked properly in over a year. I am trying to cancel but they want me to pay over $1,800 to do so. They haven't responded to service requests and haven't met their end of the contract.
Does anyone have tips on how to cancel or connections within the company?
