The only other thing I can think of is a bird. I've had birds peck hard at a window, thinking their reflection is another bird. Years ago there was a cardinal that would hit a little window at our house all morning for several weeks until he moved on.

My buddy has a 55" Samsung Terrace on his back porch and that thing was throwing a great picture even from 30ft away - nice and bright without any glare. It was underneath a roof without any sun on it but I was highly impressed.
