It's Treyarch's year, and I definitely trust this Dev the most in the Call of Duty 3 year cycle. They have consistently made the most fun, balanced games since BO1, IMHO. Anyway, now that the reveal is done, what are y'all's thoughts? Multiplayer definitely looks different despite the return to boots on the ground. Hoping the things I'm worried about won't be a big deal or will be adjusted before release (health Regen system, specialist aspects, new mini map) . I have a feeling the final release will feature a lot of changes after the beta takes place. Overall, it looks like it built off of BO3, which is definitely not a bad thing considering how well that game played (other than boost jumping which is gone).

Also, Blackout, their battle Royale mode, was announced. The map is supposedly going to be comparable in size to the fortnite map according to Drift0r on YouTube. I'm excited to see their take on it and how their engine handles a larger scale. We need a good FPS battle Royale game on console. Hopefully Battlefield V delivers a BR mode as well to boost the competition. I imagine PUBG will officially die on console if both of these games come with BR.

Sounds like they're trying to do the right things: no Regen, predictable recoil patterns, specialists, etc. Could make a decent esports title if they got behind it. Looking forward to blackout too.
