So I inherited an old turntable from my father and the needle/cartridge is in pretty bad shape. I'd like to keep it as original as possible, but considering this thing is 30+ years old I figure that would be hard to do.
It is a Pioneer PL-S40 and here are pictures of the cartridge on the end.
Would a replacement cartridge like this work?

Thanks for any help.
