I had a new roof installed on house.. so direcTV came out to realign the satellite. Now all the channels will not show in HD. Tried messing with all kinds of settings. Any ideas??

Try this. Go to the menu, then settings. Choose Display and then Preferences. Make sure that "Guide HD Channels" is set to either "Show all Channels" or "Hide SD Duplicates". Sounds like this setting may be on "Hide HD Duplicates"

I hope this fixes your issue.
