So long story short, my company is denying access to pst files. I've been using psts for the past ten years and have over 10GBs of emails in psts.

I'll figure out how to move the existing emails in psts, but for future archiving,I am at a lost. We have just 2GB inboxes. Thinking to just move emails to a structured folder on a network drive.

Any tips or ticks to better organize emails? How do you organize emails without psts?

How big is your company? 2GB is tiny.

I have a 500MB mail quota in a big company. I don't understand the need to use email as a filing system for years past.

Important files get saved.
Important emails get PDFed and saved.
Important emails I delete will get resent.

No help here, but we also have 2GB inbox limits and I use around 25GB of PST files to organize my e-mails from the past 7 years. I'd be interested to here what other options there are.

Right click, delete. No more worries for emails that you don't look at anymore.

I like being able to search for old email chains.

Gmail makes it very easy.

In sales it's great to be able to refer back to old conversations from both a practical and legal standpoint.

I did find a way to PDF an entire PST. It transfers the structure of your PST and all emails to PDF.

I never delete email. you never know when it might be useful.

Big company here and up until recently was at 350MB limit. Have 75GB of email is PSTs from last 3 years. Would be lost without them.
