I've had a 1st gen PSP since 2006. It was my first and last gaming system since the Sega Genesis.

It spends a lot of time in the drawer since the iphone came out, but I still dig it out every now and then.

I recently downloaded God of War: Ghost of Sparta for $20. It was worth it. Other games that I've enjoyed are: GTA Vice City Stories, Resistance Retribution, Wipeout Pure, Maden 2006, and Siphon Filter Dark Mirror.

PSP is good for playing some PS1 classics on.

No clue what type of games you like to play, but I put in a healthy chunk of time playing Tactics Ogre, a strategy RPG like Final Fantasy Tactics. FFT was great back in the day, and this game's story, in my opinion, blows that one out of the water. Can be downloaded off the PSN and onto the PSP or Vita.

the games are for me, all he does is play minecraft on the PC.
