Yes it will be great.. Should be my one and only Wii software purchase for 2009.

I would almost consider a Wii for this game! I love the original punchout!
I like how the guy still runs in his pink sweats. Looks like they may have revamped a lot of the characters though... probably took out a lot of the obviously stereotypical guys.

it's hard to say, i think the nostolgia might pass on but i dont see how it can be as fun and playing the original

I'm pretty excited about this game. I might have to think about buying a Wii. Or maybe just getting my brother to loan me his for a while until I get bored with the game.
Since you can already download the original on the Wii... I'm going to have to be inspired that swinging my arms like a maniac adds significantly to my enjoyment.
