Does anybody have experience with Newegg (Service Net?) or Amazon (NEW Customer Service Companies, Inc.) warranties? From the few reviews on Amazon, people say the warranty coverage was pretty bad.

The laptop I am looking at is

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834114605
http://www.amazon.com/Toshiba-Satellite-A355-S6925-16-0-Inch-SuperMulti/dp/B001NEJO1I/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&s=pc&qid=1234911322&sr=1-6

Same price other than the free shipping for Amazon's 5-9 days vs $15 for Newegg 3-day and the 2-year warranty is $185 for Amazon vs $99 for Newegg.

So obviously, if I am getting the warranty, pricewise, Newegg is the way to go. I just want to check and see based on other peoples' experiences with using their warranties if it is even worth getting the warranty from Newegg or if it is something I should just chance doing without.
