HERE IS INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO INSTALL THE GREASEMONKEY SCRIPT WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU TO AUTOMATICALLY REFRESH TEXAGS AT WHATEVER INCREMENTS YOU WANT.
Once you have Firefox installed and you have Greasemonkey installed then you need to take the following steps:
1.Click Here to Download the Script
If that link doesn't work, Click Here and scroll down to "April 10, 2005" and Click the link titled "Auto Reload"
2.Restart Firefox (Close and Open Again)
3. The default setting is 60 seconds in between each refresh. If you want it to refresh more often than that you will need to edit a few things. There are step by step instructions below.
4. In Firefox, click Tools > Greasemonkey > Manage User Scripts

5. In the new window, on the left, click "Auto Reload" and then below that click "Edit".

6. At first, you may need to select a program to open to file. I would suggest using Wordpad. So in that window you need to find where the .exe file is for Wordpad. On my computer it can be found at: C:// > Program Files > Windows NT > Accessories > Wordpad
I use Windows Vista. I would guess yours can be found in a similar location.
7. Once you have done that, you may want to edit the amount of time in between refresh. When you open the source for the script scroll to the bottom of the document and look for the number "60,000". That number represents 60 seconds. So you need to edit that number to meet your preference (i.e. 15,000 = 15 seconds, 30,000 = 30 seconds).

8. Once you change the number just click the "Save" button on the toolbar (looks like a floppy disk) and you are good to go. You can close the wordpad program.
9. Next, you need to input the websites that you would like to apply the script to. You will want to find the URL of the Forums that you visit most frequently. You don't want the URL of an individual topic, rather you are looking for the URL of the overall Forum (General, Football, Basketball, etc)

AFTER YOU CLICK "ADD" UNDER THE INCLUDED PAGES WINDOW, YOU SHOULD SEE THIS:

9. After you add all of the URL links you will probably need to restart Firefox one last time.
10. You should be ready to rock and roll.
Please let me know if this works for you as well as it is working for me. So far I've had no issues at all.
If you have any problems let me know.
