I ****ing hate trying for 3 there. The sack ruined that. Punt it and go into half. Just handed them 3 more points going into half. Schotty has the worst situational awareness of any HC in the league. He's awful.

Texans coach saw the Ravens punk us last week at the end of the game by getting a field goal that 30 other teams wouldn't give up.

Now the Texans got a field goal at the end of the half on a 2 minute sequence the other 30 teams probably wouldn't give up.

Can we throw schotty in a locker or something at the end of halves / games?

There's a reason who never got a HC job before being hired here. Just like the Raiders did when Al Davis was owner in his last decade, only coaches he had were first timers or the youngest coaches in the leaguenobody else would ever coach for him that had any options or skins on the wall. Shotty reflects what Dallas will continue to be as the Jones' run the thing into the ground.

Safeties by themselves don't generally have huge impacts on games, which is why it's not a premium position. Great safety play generally compliments a good pass rush/run defense which is where they get to make plays in the middle of field on long down/distances when QBs get hurried.

A great safety on a bad defense is generally gonna make minimal difference
