Sirriani - Philly - he is the least talented coach in the NFL - basically a baseball manager
Harbaugh - San Diego - team and QB too talented to screw this up....
Dan Campbell - Det- was Ben Johnson the the guy behind the guy?

Let's not forget Dallas DC Christian Parker and Denver OC Davis Webb. Both are first year coordinators in their early 30's and both of their squads absolutely bombed in Week 1. Obviously both have a full season in front of them, but Week 1 was quite humbling for both.
