That's an insane call in any situation in the history of football. That's a standard receiver swim move to beat press man, it happens numerous times ever game and I've literally NEVER seen it called. Meanwhile Anzalone did a classic DPI by pulling the receiver down.

OPI prior to the DPI removes any potential for a DPI. A receiver that committed OPI can't be interfered with.
