As a 49ers fan, it was frustrating to watch Debo Samuel drop a probable TD that would have given the 49ers a 10-3 lead.

I got just 5.10 points from Jauan Jennings, and my opponent got 17.80 points from Puka Nacua.

Super disappointing, especially if you had any shares of Jennings in your advancing best ball teams, as he was probably lightly owned. I had 5 of 17 teams advance across various DK Best Ball contests, with one team with Jennings. Not only did I have the only Jennings share in that contest, there was no ownership of Jennings across any of my advancing contests. If he would have had a big game, he would have really helped one of my teams without hurting the others. Definitely a missed opportunity. At least it wasn't one of my 2 Milly Maker teams that had Jennings.

Even SF D/ST busted on a night with zero TDs.

Yeah last night was ugly but about as good as I could have hoped for. Against SF D/ST in one league and against Stafford/Kittle in the other league

Yeah, I would suspect that Jennings was an 18th-20th round/undrafted player in most Best Ball drafts this fall, so definitely a missed opportunity for leverage. Fortunately, of the 5 advancing teams I have this week, I had very little exposure to last night's game, so I am still in a good spot. Nacua had a solid game, but by no means did he break the slate.

4 of my 5 advancing teams have Achane and I have multiple teams with some combination of Burrow/Chase/Higgins, so those are the players I need good games from this weekend. I don't have any exposure to Barkley or Henry, so I need them to be held in check.

Just made the switch. Now I need to decide between Pollard or J. Meyers at the flex. Both should have good touches.

Charbonnet might be a league winner in our league where playoffs started last week.

Funny enough the only playoff team that had bye week problems last week scored 173.56 points in PPR 4 pt passing TD. Guess it worked out this year.

now that nfl season goes to week 18, what's the problem with 15-16-17 being FF playoffs to avoid both wk14 byes and wk18 teams resting starters?

Projections don't mean squat. I would play Mixon ahead of the other 2, and would go Henry 2nd.

Projections aren't everything, but they do have some value. When trying to make roster decisions, data such as player projections, point spreads, and game totals can assist us in the decision making process.

You need to know the limitations of projections.
1. They will lag behind repeated performances. For example Judy was a 10-11 point ff forecast week's 11-14. The "data" couldn't determine what the Jameis bump plus cooper being gone meant.
2. Defenses get injuries but hard to project the impact. If sustain is out a wr1 against Denver is playable. If sustain is the wr1 of the other team is almost unplayable.
3. Teams that have no starting qb now aren't as good of match ups for opposite team qbs because the run game will likely be used to run out the clock more.

Just some examples.
